- Salary up to $90,000 + super depending on experience
- Manage a well maintained portfolio of approximately 170 properties

The role:





You’ll be responsible for managing a well run portfolio across Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, including:

- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Routine and final inspections
- Maintenance coordination
- Lease renewals
- Arrears management
- VCAT preparation and attendance
- Delivering exceptional customer service

With dedicated leasing support and administration assistance, you’ll have more time to focus on providing a high level of service to your clients.

You’ll have:

- An Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent License
- Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager ready to step up, or existing Property Management experience
- Robust communication and relationship building skills
- A positive, team first attitude
- The confidence to ask questions and continue learning
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
