High Reach Forklift/Picker (Casual to Full-time Path)
Own the safe, productive flow of goods in a hands-on role that combines high reach forklift operation with active picking and light labour. This position exists to keep product moving for our fencing and landscaping supply operations in Heathwood, and it suits someone who wants a long-term outcome with a clear casual-to-full-time pathway.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate ahigh reach forkliftto move stock safely around the warehouse
- Carry outpicking and order replenishmentto support dispatch priorities
- Complete thelabouring componentof the role, including repetitive physical tasks as required
- Assist with maintainingneat, organised staging areasfor efficient workflows
- Followwork health and safetypractices, including correct PPE and safe forklift operations
- Working to daily KPI targets
Requirements
- Forklift ticketand ideallyat least 2 years high reachexperience
- Comfortable withrepetitive workand being on your feet for physically active tasks
- Happy tojump on and off the forkliftas part of a 50/50 split between forklift and labouring
- Reliable attendance forMonday to Friday day shift(with overtime when available)
- Able to meet basic PPE requirements:steel cap boots, long pants, and hi-vis(short or long sleeve)
- Experience working in a warehouse environment where speed and accuracy both matter
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcoholtest
