With a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects, we're looking for an experienced Construction Senior Site Manager to take the lead on one of our upcoming projects valued between $15M and $30M, and journey with us for the long term.

Your Role

n

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high‐quality delivery of a residential apartment building project from groundworks to completion.

n

You will:

n

n
- Lead on‐site operations including subcontractors, trades, plant, and equipment.
n
- Manage project delivery against stakeholder, time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance objectives.
n
- Maintain and drive the construction program — anticipating and resolving issues early.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
n
- Champion WHS compliance through safety audits,



toolbox talks, and inspections.
n
- Mentor your site team to achieve results and live Mono's values daily.
n

About You

n

We're looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in managing Class 2 apartment construction projects from start to finish. You will have:

n

n
- 6+ years' site management experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment buildings over $30M
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or similar
n
- Expertise in planning, programming, and scheduling construction works
n
- Experience in structured, process‐driven environments
n
- Procore experience (desirable)
