What You'll Do

- Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high‐pressure clinical settings.

- Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor.

- Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy.

- Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals.

- Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards.

Required

n

n
- Queensland Restricted Electrical Licence (QLD REL).
n




- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical field.
n
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently— you can explain complex technical issues to non‐technical audiences and hold your own in a room of senior clinicians.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing difficult or high‐stakes conversations with customers or stakeholders—and achieving a positive outcome.
n
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
n
- Experience with hands‐on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, electronics, engineering, or trades).
n
- A genuine interest in Stryker's mission and the medical technology industry—you can clearly articulate why this opportunity matters to you.

- Experience working with hand or power tools.

- Experience in servicing HVAC, refrigeration or other non‐medical equipment.
