Job Description

Bunnings is hiring a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team and oversee daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management in a busy department. You'll report to the Operations and Complex Managers and drive Best Experience and safety across the team.

You'll coach people, manage rosters, and ensure robust customer service while maintaining our widest range and best prices. A 1-in-3 weekend roster is required.
