An established, growing commercial real estate business in Melbourne's inner north is on the hunt for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its expanding team.
In this role you'll take charge of a boutique mix of retail, office and industrial properties spanning the CBD and inner north suburbs. You'll have the resources and reputation of a well-known national network behind you, while still working day-to-day in a small, close team where what you do actually gets noticed.

What you'll be doing
- Running the full day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio
- Handling market reviews, rent reviews, lease renewals, expiries and option notices
- Overseeing maintenance, contractors and Essential Safety Measures (ESM) compliance
- Keeping on top of arrears and financial record-keeping
- Building solid working relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Working across cloud-based property management platforms
- Coordinating closely with the leasing and admin teams to get the best outcomes for clients
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in commercial property management
- Solid knowledge of the commercial market, maintenance requirements and portfolio management
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships
- Sharp organisational skills and real attention to detail
- A self-starter attitude proactive, and focused on solving problems rather than flagging them
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative), or equivalent
- Current driver's licence
