We are currently seeking 2 cook roles.

n

n
- Cafe Cook - working Tuesday and Wednesday 6am till 2pm.
n
- Production Kitchen Cook - working Monday to Friday 5am till 1pm
n

n

What you'll do - Cafe Cook Role

n

n
- Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timing
n
- Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periods
n
- Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
n
- Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks
n

n

What you'll do - Production Cook Role

n

n
- Bulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain-maries; label, date and stage for later shifts
n




- Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaning
n
- Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with team
n

n

About you

n

n
- Experience in canteens, food trucks, quick food chains or similar fast-paced environments
n
- Previous experience in bulk cooking
n
- Strong multitasking and clear communication skills
n
- Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
n
