Role Title: Project Controller

n

Role Description: The Project Controller will provide overall support across projects to develop and maintain the project schedule to be used for tracking and reporting on progress of project deliverables and milestones.

n

Primary Responsibilities:

n

- Develop and maintain schedules
n
- Update schedules on a monthly basis including cost forecast.
n
- Assist and provide input into PPRIP/MRM monthly reporting and any other reports as required.
n
- Assist team members with scheduling requirements as required.
n
- Report where requested to Defence Space Command scheduler.
n
- Assist with updating project documentation (MAA, PES, IPMP).
n
- Provide Earned Value oversight and reporting.
n
- Integrate cost, schedule and risk data as required.
n

- Work collaboratively,



operate as an effective team member and provide constructive feedback;

- Engage with relevant stakeholders, including industry and international project control partners, and understand their expectations and concerns;
n
- Resolve problems using expertise, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action;
n
- Coordinate and contribute to the work of a team consistent to a work plan and provide advice and assistance on methods of task completion to team members.
n
- Provide guidance to contractors on how best to construct schedules.
n
- Assist other schedulers with support where requested
n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Proven experience in project scheduling and Roadmap development.
n
- Proven experience using EVM, OPP and Microsoft Project.
n
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
n
- Eligible for NV1 security clearance.
n
- Eligible to access US export controlled information
n
