One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage a Technical Writer Content Designers - APS6 Level for the following job chance:

- Contract Duration: 03 Years (12 Months initially + 24 Months extension)
n
- Work Location: Canberra (Purely Onsite, NO REMOTE/Hybrid)
n
- Eligibility: You must need to have NV2 Security Clearance or above.
n
- Tentative Start Date: 1st Sep 2026
n
- Working Hours: 8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week
n
- Role Description: Content Designers ensure that quality content is being developed across teams, and that it aligns to the strategic objectives of the organisation while meeting the needs of users.
n

Key duties and responsibilities:

n

n
- Liaise with stakeholders to support technical publications through all phases on development: research, scoping, consultation, review and publishing.
n
- Conduct research to develop mitigation advices that is both technically accurate and suitable for the intended audience.
n




- Create and publish content that is consistent with agency messaging, including but not limited to publications, web content, social media posts, eLearning materials and other interactive tools.
n
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding technical consultation as well as promotion of content through campaigns or other initiatives.
n

Technical skills:

- Strong research, written communication skills with a focus on technical writing and content editing.
n
- Demonstrated ability in building and fostering stakeholder relationships.
n
