The Centre This new, community-focused early learning environment, located in a beautiful pocket of Adelaide and opening in October 2026, is seeking a Centre Director to lead this exciting new chapter. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative approach to early education. Leadership is deeply committed to fostering a culture of inclusion, respect and continuous learning for children, families and staff alike. The educational approach supports curiosity-driven experiences, allowing children the time and space to develop at their own pace within a structured, nurturing environment.

The Opportunity As the face of the centre, your ability to build trusting relationships, lead with intention, and introduce meaningful practices will be essential. We are seeking someone who is proactive, collaborative and willing to lead from the floor when needed someone who thrives in an environment that values both structure and flexibility, and who is passionate about creating purposeful learning experiences. The Ideal Applicant The ideal candidate will have experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care setting. You will bring a strong understanding of early childhood frameworks alongside a genuine commitment to high-quality, child-focused education.

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Passion for guiding both children and educators in a respectful, collaborative way
- Experience with new centre openings will be highly regarded
- Current RRHAN, First Aid, and Working With Children Check (SA)
