We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Engineer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting‐edge solutions that make a real impact.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Contribute to end-to-end IT project delivery - from planning to execution
n
- Collaborate and influence internal teams and external partners
n
- Deliver project within a project management framework using best practices.
n
- Coordinate with service delivery and support teams for smooth transition into BAU operations.
n
- Provide hands‐on implementation and technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects.
n
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
n
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
n
- Ensure documentation, change logs, and project records are accurate and up to date.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges efficiently, maintaining client confidence.
n
- Uphold MSP standards of quality, security, and customer experience across all project engagements
n
- Proactively upskilling to stay current with emerging technologies.
n

Requirements
n
n
- 5+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects
n
- Strong technical background in IT systems, software, and infrastructure
n
- Implementation and deployment of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and Purview.
n
- Manage email and tenant migrations across M365, Google Workspace, Exchange On‐Prem, and Azure environments.
n
- Configure and deploy Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Teams Calling.
n
- Experience with reviewing, improving, and governing Entra ID environments, including identity structure, access controls, Conditional Access, and role‐based access management
n
- Build and deploy Windows Defender Application Control, Identity Governance, and Global Secure Access solutions.
n
- Deliver Azure and on‐premises infrastructure builds; including server, storage, networking, and Active Directory configurations
n
- Support Identity Governance, PKI, and certificate management functions
n
- Configure and deploy backup and recovery solutions
n
- Hands on experience with OS hardening, analysing system impacts and remediations activities.
n
- Must have Microsoft certifications
