Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data migration and HR systems projects.
n
- Lead or support end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.

- Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout migration phases.
n
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases, with a focus on HR processes and compliance requirements.

- Support system configuration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Analyse gaps between legacy and target HR systems and suggest appropriate solutions.

- Document data flow diagrams, business process models, and data dictionaries.

- Provide input into data governance, security, and privacy related to employee data.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.

- Conduct impact analysis of changes to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications
n
n
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in data migration projects
n
- Solid experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).
n
- Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, data mapping utilities, and BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
n
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data validation techniques.
n
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
n
