The Complex Medical & Oncology Ward at Liverpool Hospital offers a multidisciplinary environment dedicated to delivering exceptional complex medical and oncology care. You will work within a fast‐paced, dynamic multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to develop broad clinical skills specific to complex medical and oncology.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide acute care nursing with demonstrated experience in a complex medical and oncology setting.
n
- Work a 24‐7 rotating roster, including weekend and night shifts.
n
- Perform excellent clinical assessment, paying close attention to detail and responding effectively in a fast‐paced acute care setting.
n
- Communicate effectively, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain teamwork and active listening skills.
n
- Commit to continuous learning, professional development and evidence‐informed practice.
n
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
n
- Experience managing complex patients and ensuring safe, patient‐centred care,
including recognising and responding to deterioration.
n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex needs.
n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.
n
n

- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients and families.

- Relevant experience in acute care nursing and complex medical/oncology settings.
