Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a motivated full time Duty Manager - Front Office to lead the busy Front Office Department, guiding, coaching and inspiring a large team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will ensure smooth daily operations, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and act as Chief Warden in emergencies, with flexibility to cover a 24/7 schedule. Prior five-star hotel leadership preferred.
