We're working with a top tier law firm for a role within their highly regarded corporate practice. The firm's corporate offering focuses on private and public M&A;, joint ventures and private equity.

This role will work alongside some of Australia's leading Corporate Partners. In this position you will play an integral role acting on some of the largest and most complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions across the globe.

About You:

n

- Admission as a solicitor in Australia
n
- At least 2PQE gained from a reputable corporate practice - strong preference for lawyers from leading mid-tier or top-tier practices;
n
- Experience in high value corporate transactions across the M&A;, PE or capital markets space;
n
- A desire to work as part of a close-knit team is essential. The firm promotes a collaborative and sociable approach to working.
