G Adventures is seeking a driven Tour Staff Coordinator to support and lead our Tour Leader team across Australia and Recent Zealand from our Brisbane base. This hybrid role blends office collaboration with on-road leadership, ensuring seamless tours and exceptional traveler experiences.
You’ll work with the Oceania Operations group to roster, train and mentor Tour Leaders, manage on-tour logistics, and drive improvements across systems and processes for world-class itineraries.
