Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Sydney

Responsibilities

n

n
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
n
- Translate business processes into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
n
- Analyze and recommend solutions leveraging PSS data models, Experience Cloud portals, FSL scheduling, and Salesforce Shield security features.
n
- Support solution architects and developers with clarifications during design and build.
n
- Conduct system demos, UAT support, and training sessions with business users.
n
- Ensure solutions comply with public sector standards, security, and governance requirements.
n
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and end users.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 8-10+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant experience.
n




- Hands-on knowledge of Public Sector Solutions and government processes.
n
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud (community/portal use cases), FSL (workforce/service management), and Shield (encryption, monitoring, compliance).
n
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
n
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification preferred; PSS/Experience Cloud certification a plus.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience in large-scale public sector transformation programs.
n
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Protected) and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).
n
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
n
