Director – Infrastructure Advisory & Transactions (Transport)

We're working with an established infrastructure advisory firm to appoint a Director within their transport-focused transactions and commercial advisory team.

n

This is a senior role leading complex infrastructure transactions across major roads and transport projects in NSW — with responsibility for procurement strategy, commercial structuring and end-to-end transaction delivery.

The Role

n

n
- Lead major infrastructure transactions (EOI, RFP, contract award) across transport projects
n
- Provide strategic advice on procurement models and commercial frameworks
n
- Act as a senior interface with government and private sector clients
n
- Oversee multiple concurrent engagements across complex delivery environments
n
- Contribute to work origination and long-term client relationships
n

About You

n

n
- 15+ years' experience in infrastructure advisory,



transactions or major project delivery
n
- Current or recent experience leading transport infrastructure transactions (ideally NSW-based)
n
- Strong understanding of procurement strategy, contracting and delivery models
n
- Established credibility within government, advisory or Tier 1 environments
n
- Proven ability to lead engagements and influence senior stakeholders
n
- Experience contributing to client growth or advisory pipeline
n
