What you'll be doing

n

n
- Managing or supporting a portfolio of diverse clients across a range of industries
n
- Building strong client relationships and providing strategic business and taxation advice
n
- Producing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and management reports
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve client performance and drive business growth
n
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
n
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and client service initiatives
n
- Working closely with leadership to help shape the future of the firm
n

What we're looking for

n

We're seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping clients and supporting their team.

n

You'll ideally have

n

n
- A degree in Accounting or a related field
n
- 6+ years' experience in public practice accounting or business advisory
n
- CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and accounting standards
n




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience reviewing work and mentoring team members
n
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
n
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
n
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
n
