Work on matters that shape Queensland.
This is not a typical property law role. Join a specialist in-house legal team where law, strategy, public policy and major commercial decisions intersect. Working alongside a highly regarded team of eight lawyers, you'll advise on matters that influence property ownership, economic activity and critical decisions across the state.
What you'll be doing
- Advising on complex property and titling matters.
- Working across commercial, corporate and regulatory issues.
- Supporting litigation and dispute management.
- Contributing to strategic projects and industry reform initiatives.
- Engaging with government, industry leaders and senior decision-makers on matters of significance.
You'll join a collaborative and highly respected legal team led by experienced lawyers who are recognised experts in their field.
We'd love to hear from lawyers who have:
- Experience in property law, conveyancing, land titles, succession law or a related practice area.
- An understanding of Torrens title principles and the Queensland land titling system.
- Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework supporting eConveyancing and property transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent drafting and stakeholder management capability.
- Curiosity, commercial judgement and a genuine interest in complex legal issues.
Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise, move in-house, or apply your property law experience in a broader strategic setting, this is an opportunity to build a highly specialised and rewarding legal career.
