As an Individual Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you will help customers build independence at home and in their community. If you are caring, reliable and motivated to support others, we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing ?
? Shifts on offer between - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am to 6pm fortnightly
- Offering support in the home and the community
- Supporting our participant with mental health needs
- Providing personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing
- Assisting with community participation and recreation programs
- Following individual support plans
- Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports
- Using Manual handling skills

What you will bring ?
- Confident working with a participant who may display behaviours of concern including distress, agitation, or physical escalation
- Robust computer skills are essential for daily documentation, reporting, and communication
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
- Qualifications in Disability or Community Services or equivalent relevant experience
