We are seeking 2 professional and presentable Bilingual Event Staff to assist with guest services across two corporate events in Sydney.

Applicants must be fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English, confident speaking with guests, well-presented and comfortable working in a premium corporate event workplace.

Event Details

Sunday 23 August 2026 – ICC Sydney

- Start time: 10:00am
- Assist with welcoming guests and distributing jackets
- Hours may vary depending on event requirements

Monday 24 August 2026 – Sofitel Sydney Wentworth

- Start time: 5:00pm
- Assist with welcoming guests and distributing event sashes
- Hours may vary depending on event requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English




- Professional and well-presented
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable interacting with international corporate guests
- Previous event, hospitality, registration or guest services experience is preferred but not essential

This is a simple guest-facing role and would suit someone with strong communication skills who is available for both event dates. Job type: Casual / One-off event work
