What You'll Be Doing✅ Deliver engaging and practical training to students
✅ Conduct workplace and classroom-based assessments
✅ Support students to achieve real employment outcomes
✅ Build strong relationships with local employers and industry partners
✅ Help maintain high quality training and compliance standards
What We're Looking For✔ Industry experience in aged care, disability support, community services or health
✔ Current Trainer & Assessor qualifications (or willingness to obtain/update)
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Passion for mentoring and developing others
✔ Ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training
