Role Description The Infor OS / ION Integration Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations within the Infor OS and ION ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, configuring integration flows, developing and testing interfaces, and ensuring data integrity across connected applications. The specialist will monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to support stable and efficient operations.

This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and vendors to translate needs into robust integration solutions and contributes to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, assess integration impacts, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical solutions, and present complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Integration expertise, including hands-on experience with Infor OS, Infor ION, APIs, data mappings, and middleware configuration.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills relevant to integration work, such as scripting, working with XML/JSON, and basic programming for automation.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor), cloud-based architectures, and data security best practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
