Role Description This full-time remote role is for an Infor OS / ION Integration Specialist who will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor OS / ION and various enterprise systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring integration workflows, mapping data, and ensuring reliable data exchange across platforms.

The specialist will troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. The role also involves documenting integration designs, following best practices for security and governance, and supporting deployment and ongoing maintenance in production environments. Participation in continuous improvement, testing,



and refinement of integration standards and processes is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data flows, assess integration requirements, and evaluate system performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical specifications, and explain integration concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including hands-on experience with Infor OS / ION, APIs, web services, and data mapping between enterprise applications.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose integration failures, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes in production and test environments.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills relevant to integration work, such as scripting, working with REST/JSON, XML, and understanding modern integration patterns.
- Experience with ERP or Business Intelligence platforms, especially in data-centric or consulting environments, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple integration tasks, and follow structured change management and documentation practices.
