We are looking for skilled IT Support Engineers to join our talent network for current and upcoming IT support projects across the USA and Australia. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience supporting end users, hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Resolve and document technical issues through ticketing systems.
- Provide remote and/or onsite technical support when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and end users.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
- Valid work authorization in the USA or Australia is required for relevant projects.

Preferred

- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience providing onsite/field support.
- Availability for short-term or project-based assignments.
