? Project Coordinator – Technology & Applications | Perth CBD | Permanent Residence and Australian Citizens only due to clearance requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a major government technology program in Perth CBD.

This is an 11-month contract role, working 5 days per week in the Perth CBD, supporting the delivery of a modern, cloud-native operational application and associated core technology platforms.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in coordinating project activities across multiple technology streams, helping ensure projects remain on track and ready for successful operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating project schedules, deliverables, dependencies and stakeholder communications
- Supporting the management and mitigation of project risks, issues and assumptions
- Managing project financial administration, including budgets, forecasting and vendor timesheets
- Maintaining project governance and documentation through Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools
- Facilitating project board meetings and providing secretariat support for technical workshops and forums
- Preparing project reports, change records, board packs and lessons-learned documentation

What we’re looking for





- 5+ years’ experience coordinating large-scale IT application or software implementation projects, ideally with $2M+ budgets
- Experience working within up-to-date software delivery environments, including Microsoft Azure, .NET and React
- Strong project financial administration, scheduling and risk management capabilities
- Experience with project governance and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Experience working within government or highly secure environments is highly desirable
- Ability and willingness to obtain the required state government security and integrity clearance is essential
