About the Role

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be key in executing complex financial transactions across M&A;, project finance, capital raising, and strategic advisory. You will collaborate with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive deal execution and provide critical financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, valuation, and comparable company analysis to assess investment opportunities.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, and restructuring activities.
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and economic conditions affecting clients' businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives, institutional investors, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing transaction-related documents, presentations, and financial models for senior leadership and clients.
- Manage work streams,



ensuring seamless execution of transactions while collaborating with legal, financial, and regulatory teams.

Who We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, project finance, corporate development, or investment management.
- Sector experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Renewables, or related fields is essential.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial research and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and financial markets.
