Our client is a global investment manager with a long-established presence across Australia and international markets. They manage significant capital on behalf of institutional investors, with a portfolio spanning core-plus and value add infrastructure and industrial assets. As the firm continues to grow its Sydney-based team, they are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join at a pivotal stage.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role across the investment lifecycle (origination and due diligence through to execution and asset management). You'll work closely with portfolio companies, co-investors, and internal stakeholders to drive value creation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support transaction execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Contribute to origination efforts and market mapping across target infrastructure sectors
- Manage relationships with portfolio company management teams and boards




- Support asset management initiatives to drive operational and financial performance
- Prepare investment committee papers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture

About You

- 5+ years' experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Infrastructure Value Add Investment.
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills, with hands-on deal execution experience
- Demonstrated experience across due diligence and transaction execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree qualified in finance, commerce, engineering, or a related discipline; CFA or equivalent highly regarded
