As a bar and gaming attendant, you will be pouring delicious drinks for our guests, engaging with our gaming patrons by answering their questions, ensuring they're having a great time, and delivering fantastic customer service to all of our guests.

About the Candidate

n

* Exceptional customer service skills, preferably gained from previous experience working in gaming/hospitality.

n

* Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.

n

* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and a current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificate.

n

What you'll bring to the role:

We're looking for someone with a outstanding attitude, initiative, and a team player mindset, as well as:

n

* Demonstrated cash handling proficiency

n

* Knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance,



operations, and procedures

n

* An understanding of food & beverage products and services

n

* A professional & mature "can do" attitude with the ability to work autonomously

n

* Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG) or willing to obtain Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)

n

A successful candidate in this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
