We are currently seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Restaurants, Bars and Banqueting teams.

n

Whether you enjoy delivering exceptional dining experiences in our restaurants and bars or thrive in the fast-paced excitement of conferences, weddings and special events, we have opportunities for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

Your Day to Day

n

* Deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurants, bars and event venues, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

n

* Provide confident menu and beverage recommendations, tailoring your approach to suit each guest, occasion or event.

n

* Support a variety of service styles, including à la carte dining, cocktail functions, conferences, gala dinners, weddings and special events.

n

* Assist with the setup, service and pack-down of banqueting and event spaces to ensure seamless event delivery.

n

* Ensure tables, event spaces and service areas are presented to the highest standard, maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout service.

n

* Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver professional, high-quality guest experiences.

n

* Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests efficiently, contributing to our luxury service standards.

About the Candidate

n

* Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, banqueting, events or hotel environment preferred.

n

* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

n

* Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.

n

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

n

* A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

n

* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

n

* Availability to work conference, wedding and event shifts as required.

n

* A valid Australian driver's licence (preferred).

n

* Full Australian working rights.

n
