The Opportunity

n

· Lead, coach and develop a team of accountants.

n

· Review complex tax compliance and advisory work to a high technical standard.

n

· Manage a portfolio of business clients and become their trusted adviser.

n

· Provide proactive tax planning and commercial advice.

n

· Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes.

n

· Work alongside the Directors to help shape the future growth of the practice.

n

About You





n

· CA or CPA qualified.

n

· Extensive Australian public practice experience.

n

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

n

· Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

n

· Confident undertaking technical reviews and resolving complex tax issues.

n

· Commercially minded with aspirations to become a future business owner.

n

· Experience leading client meetings independently, from new client opportunities to advice delivery.

n

· Experience managing outsourced or offshore team members as part of service delivery.

n

Working Arrangement

n

· Minimum four days per week in our office with one work‐from‐home day each week.

n

· As soon as possible commencement.
