Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician – responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance across multiple customer sites. The role includes working a 5/4 shift pattern with flexible roster that may change on short notice, covering day, afternoon, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute a 5/4 shift pattern: 3 days and 3 nights, including shift scheduling.
n
- Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
n
- Work autonomously or as part of a small team, making decisions on the fly.
n
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
n
- Work across multiple sites, adapting to short‐notice changes.
n
- Support and cooperate with payroll, safety and documentation activities.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Australian Trade Qualification – Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician.
n
- Unrestricted Electrical Licence (Australia).
n
- Solid mechanical aptitude with previous maintenance experience.
n
- Strong communication skills.
n
- Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation, or Maximo CMMS (preferred but not required).
n
- Capable of working independently or within a team.
n
