Responsibilities:

- Serve as the key contact point for any complaints related to Aircond/Mechanical services from end users or clients.
n
- Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance for Aircond/Mechanical services as scheduled.
n
- Assist other trades as required.
n
- Provide support to the maintenance team when needed.
n
- Supervise service contractors as required.
n
- Assist the Building Leader with daily operations and coordinate with vendors and clients on operational matters.
n

Requirements:

- High School Certificate with specialization in aircond/mechanical engineering.
n
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
n
