About The Role

As the Payroll and Accounts Specialist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate and productive processing across payroll and accounting functions. You will work closely with the wider team and be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll while maintaining compliance with Australian employment awards and legislative requirements. This position will require you to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, whilst ensuring financial accuracy and integrity are at the forefront. Leveraging your experience with MYOB Payroll, you will confidently manage payroll functions with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.



Success in this role will be driven by your ability to foster a positive team culture whilst demonstrating a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Skills And Experience

- Demonstrated experience using MYOB highly regarded
- Proven payroll experience, supported by a strong background across accounts payable and receivable
- Strong growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong understanding of Australian employment awards
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a positive team environment
