We are partnering with a large Facilities Services Provider looking for a number of Technical Facilities Managers in Perth to deliver maintenance services across federal government sites, ensuring building services plant and equipment is reliable, safe, compliant, and fully operational.

The Role
n
Lead and coordinate maintenance operations, optimising asset performance while leading and managing a small team and ensuring full compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead a team of direct and contract staff across a number of sites in WA.
n
- You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
n
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Building Services plant (including dry fire), HVAC and Plumbing service delivery.
n
- Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives.
n
- Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems.
n
- Oversee contractor safety and compliance,
including SWMS and adherence to the company's Risk Protocols.
n
- Proactively manage team and contractor performance, monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
n
- Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required.
n
- Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication.
n

Requirements
n
n
- Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure an NV1 Clearance.
n
- Have a Cert III (Electrician or HVAC Trade).
n
- A valid Australian Driver's license.
n
- Be able to work under pressure and in a rapid‐paced environment.
