Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients Australia wide, Turner & Townsend are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ANZ Talent Team in Darwin, Perth, Sydney or Adelaide.

Job Description

n

n
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
n
- Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
n
- Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
n
- Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
n
- Manage all communication with candidates from application/approach until offer acceptance
n
- Update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
n
- Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
n




- Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.

Qualifications

- Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
n
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists

- Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
