Join Explorers Early Learning at Dandenong as a Lead Educator and help inspire a love of learning through our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.You'lllead your room with confidence, create warm and engaging environments, and support your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences where children feel safe, supported, and curious.

- Age Group: 18 months - 2 years
n
- Average Room Occupancy: Approximately 12 children per day
n
- Approved Capacity: 16 children
n
- Planning Time: 4 hours per week
n
- Roster: Rotating roster designed to provide a balance of early, middle and late shifts

As a Lead Educator you will:

Lead with Excellence: Champion high-quality practice through our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum, guiding your team to deliver meaningful learning experiences.

n

Build Connections: Form strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators, becoming a trusted leader in their early learning journey.

n

Celebrate Milestones: Share in - and help shape - each child's growth, development, and achievements.

Foster Wonder: Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space where creativity, curiosity, and discovery can flourish.

Skills & experience:

n

- ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or higher)
n
- Passion for working with Children under 3 years old
n
- Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting& National Child Safety Training completion
