Recruitment Consultant (Roles in HR, Finance & Business Support) – Melbourne

What you'll do

n

- Manage your own division and P&L; with autonomy and flexible working conditions.

- Develop and nurture existing relationships (local and national agreements) to serve large multinationals and successful SMEs.
n
- Fill roles across Finance, HR, IT, and Business Support with no geographic or salary boundaries.
n
- Lead by example and help Core Talent double in size by building a team of your choosing.
n
- Partner with marketing and business development to growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

n

n
- 4+ years' external agency recruitment experience with strong billing background (Finance, HR, IT, or Business Support advantageous but not essential).
n




- Experience building or leading a team and the ability to work autonomously.
n
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships and deliver results.
n
