About the role
n
Reporting to the parts team, you'll be the go-to person for getting the right part into the right hands. Day to day, you'll be:

- Interpreting and supplying agricultural spare parts accurately and efficiently
n
- Delivering high-quality service to customers at the counter and over the phone
n
- Managing parts enquiries, orders, and stock control
n
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day parts operations
n
n
About you
n
n
- Hands-on experience with parts systems and catalogues
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Well organised, reliable, and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Mechanical or machinery knowledge highly regarded
n
- An LF forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)
n
