The AI Adoption Coach will develop AI fluency across Novigi, coaching judgement, embedding current ways of working, and enabling staff to independently apply AI to real business problems.
Responsibilities include running cohorts and 1:1s, pairing with staff to scope and ship AI-enabled workflow improvements, and ensuring outputs remain valuable after coaching ends.
