What We're Looking For
n

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work.
n
- Solid written, spoken, and comprehension English skills.
n
- Ability to provide high‐quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs.
n
- Ability to work across sites in Tewantin and Maroochydore.

Essential Requirements

- Proof of COVID‐19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
n
- Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
n
