Job Description
Fantastic Chance! Our client who is seeking to appoint an Electronic Assembler at their brand new facility in Melbourne's western suburbs. Temp-to-perm, they are a great company to work for!

- Casual Rates - Full-time Hours
n
- Temp-to-Perm
n
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Assemble fibre optic and mechanical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
n
- Loading & unloading
n
- Perform 100% self-inspection of your work before passing it to the next stage
n
- Ensure all assemblies meet strict quality standards on the first pass (minimal rework)
n
- Complete tasks within defined production times specified in work instructions
n
- Use hand tools and precision equipment (e.g. rivet guns, torque tools, measurement tools)
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace (5S standards)
n
- Identify and raise any quality or process issues immediately
n
n
Licences, Skills & Experience Required:
n
n
- Previous experience in manual assembly, precision work, or similar technical environment
n
- Driver's Licence
n
- Unlimited Australian Work Rights
n
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
n
- Ability to read and follow work instructions (technical drawings is a plus)
n
- Experience with quality-focused work environments preferred
n
- You are reliable and consistent — attendance and punctuality are critical
n
- You are comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work for extended periods
n
- You naturally work with precision and care, but without unnecessary slowness
n
- You take responsibility for your own quality — you do not rely on others to catch mistakes
n
- You are able to follow standard procedures exactly as defined
n
- You are hands-on and enjoy working with tools and fine assembly
n
- Driver's Licence
n
