Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B in scale. They will be a major contributor to building South East Queensland's Olympic and Health infrastructure

There is currently an opening for a Senior Site Manager to take on a recent $150M clinical research building with cutting-edge cleanroom technology which will involve complex services packages not seen yet in Australia. Take over before early works begin and bring together a Site team of 6 professionals putting the finishing touches to the programme. There will also be a striking curtain-wall and 7 -levels of structure.

This business is in final negotiations with s number of major Olympic venues so it is envisaged the role will move onto a major sports facility after this project.

The successful Site Manager will undertake the following

- Manage daily execution of programme activities, ensuring alignment with project milestones and delivery objectives.
- Oversee planning, programming, methodologies,



sequencing and resource allocation across multiple work fronts.
- Drive safety leadership through active field engagement, risk management, permit compliance and incident prevention.
- Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, quality outcomes and workforce utilisation.
- Develop and implement recovery plans to mitigate delays and maintain programme commitments.
- Manage industrial relations issues and maintain positive engagement with workforce and union representatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between construction, engineering, commercial and safety teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to supervisors, foremen and frontline teams.

Site Manager's with a background on hospital and medical/research projects will be highly regarded
