We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Transport/Logistics Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Pemulwuy
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily transport and logistics operations by coordinating bookings, liaising with customers, and ensuring accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Weekly CHEP pallet count reporting
- 2IC pallet management
- Scheduling of inbound containers arrivals with transport carriers and communicate to inbound team
- Preparation of carrier consignments/manifests as required




- Identify and elevate practices and/or concerns to the Logistics Warehouse Manager
- Support the Logistics Warehouse Manager with day to day admin functions
- Any other duties consistent with skills and experience

About You

- Previous administration or transport/logistics experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
