The Moseley Bar & Kitchen is in the heart of Moseley Square in Glenelg. It is an award winning venue with an excellent reputation for premium food and beverage offerings and a loyal customer base.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary team.

This is a diverse role where you will have the chance to create an unforgettable experience for our customers. We offer an a la carte menu, specialised offerings for functions and events as well as regular degustation dinners with beverage partners where you will have the chance to shine.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Positive leadership style and demonstrated ability

- A passion for food, presentation and service

- Experience working in busy kitchens

- Commitment to hygiene and food safety

- Excellent knowledge and commitment to creating a safe work setting and work processes

- Trade qualification
n
- Availability to work hours to suit the business.
