Join the team at Miners Gold Brewery! We're looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our growing brewery, restaurant and events venue in Beaconsfield.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading our front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Supporting restaurant, bar and brewery operations
- Training and mentoring staff
- Assisting with rosters, stock control and daily operations
- Helping deliver functions, live music and special events
- Working alongside management to grow the business
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous hospitality leadership experience
- Loves great food,
great beer and great people
- Leads by example with a positive attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Holds a current RSA (essential)
- Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
