? About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and solution-focused IT Support Officer to keep everyday technology running smoothly. You’ll provide hands-on technical assistance, resolve user issues, maintain workplace equipment, and support a reliable and secure IT environment.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and user-access issues.
- Diagnose and resolve common computer, printer, email, and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain workplace devices and software.
- Assist with user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access requests.
- Respond to support tickets and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.
- Support employee onboarding, device setup, and equipment provisioning.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for networks, Wi-Fi, peripherals, and workplace applications.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when required.
- Assist with software updates, security checks, and routine IT maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base resources.
- Help track IT equipment, assets,



and inventory.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity platforms.
- Understanding of common IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with ticketing or help-desk systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, and data protection.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn recent technologies.
