We’re looking for a patient, proactive, and technically minded IT Support Officer to help keep our technology environment running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping others, and finding practical solutions to everyday technical challenges.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Troubleshoot computer, network, system, and application problems.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
- Respond to support requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Monitor IT equipment and help maintain reliable technology operations.
- Install and update software, applications, and security tools.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and support activities.
- Prepare simple technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Support employees with common productivity tools and workplace technologies.

? What We’re Looking For




- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networks, and common software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, approachable, and comfortable assisting non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and develop technical skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple support requests.
