We’re looking for a dependable and service-focused IT Support Officer to help keep everyday technology running smoothly. You’ll assist users with technical issues, maintain workplace devices and systems, and contribute to a secure, efficient, and reliable IT setting.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and user access issues.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, network connections, email, and workplace applications.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain IT devices and approved software.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and workplace technology.
- Respond to support tickets and document issues and resolutions accurately.
- Assist with employee onboarding, device setup, and equipment provisioning.
- Monitor recurring technical problems and help identify preventative solutions.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams when necessary.
- Support basic cybersecurity, access control, and system maintenance procedures.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support records.
- Assist with IT asset tracking, inventory, and equipment management.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with help-desk or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity and data protection practices.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests effectively.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and IT processes.
